Starting at Trident College, the 10km exits North through the back gate, entering Kansanshi Mine. Runners continue down the Kansanshi Mine Road until they get to Kansanshi Golf Estate. They cross the Solwezi river and turn around near Shoprite on the T5. They then loop around the Solwezi Secondary School pillar, re-cross the Solwezi River, and make their way back to Trident College for the finish.
